Fantastic. I’m in town visiting and my daughter and I booked massages. Everything about our experience was perfect. The space smells wonderful. It’s clean. Affordable. Vicky gave my massage and she was excellent. Yoyo gave my daughter’s massage and says it was amazing. The team here is friendly and kind and great at what they do! We had the best experience and will be back!

I came to Seattle for work and squeezed in a massage at this location. Had a wonderful hour and a half with Gina who I highly recommend. I definitely give it a five star. The spa is neat, clean, professional and staff is very friendly. Price is very reasonable too!

I had a fantastic experience at Urban Calm Spa! The spa itself is spotless and truly calming, and they were able to get me in same day, which was such a win. Jenny was wonderful — attentive, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I loved that they offered a hot stone add-on (and even included it complimentary!), and they were happy to switch to coconut oil, which I really appreciated. On top of all that, the pricing is incredibly reasonable for the quality of service — honestly hard to beat. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Urban Calm Spa if you’re looking for a clean, relaxing place with great value and excellent service.

I booked a 2 hour Swedish massage with Vickey and she was fantastic! She focused on a few problem areas and I feel so much better! It was a really great experience, and I will definitely book another appointment! Vickey is now my go-to!

Jenny and Gina saw us same day and were incredibly thorough and attentive to our needs! They are very skilled in different techniques! They loosened up our tight low back, hips, and shoulders! We highly recommend them both and the hot stones as well!! Thank you for an amazing experience!
